The following is a list of terms and conditions for trash removal :

  1. Please place can at the curb the night before your pickup day. 

  2. Please place can on the opposite side of driveway from the mailbox with the handle toward your house.

  3. The limit for garbage is one Peach State can, there will be an additional charge for any trash outside your can. 

  4. We request that all customers use a  95 gallon Peach State can.  If a personal can is used, all garbage is to be bagged.  Peach State Disposal will not be liable for any damage incurred due to the use of a personal container.

  5. We do accept yard waste at a rate of $2.00 per bag. All yard waste must be placed in a brown paper yard waste bag.  Please do not put the brown paper bags in the grass. Please call ahead to let us know if you will have yard waste on your pickup.

  6. We are not permitted by law to accept batteries, tires, liquids (i.e. oil or paint, etc.), or any combustible materials deemed hazardous such as propane tanks or acids.

  7. Bulky materials such as drywall, concrete, bricks, dirt, limbs, or rocks are not acceptable for regular pickup.

  8. We will not accept boxes or cans of loose trash outside of our Peach State can. Please make sure all extra garbage is bagged up.

  9. Medical needles are hazardous and not accepted.

  10. We give free estimates on spring and fall clean-outs, appliances and furniture pick-up. Please call ahead for any of the items to be picked up. We do all special pick-ups on Monday.

  11. Call our office immediately when moving or transferring service so we can update your account. Our friendly customer service agents are ready to help you and make this an easy transition.

  12. There will be a $20.00 can pickup fee upon cancellation of service.
