Billing

We provide the option for you to pay monthly, quarterly or annually. 
 
Payments are due by the 1st of each month.  
 
Returned checks will be charged a $20.00 returned check fee and service may also be suspended. 
 
You must notify our office if you wish to terminate or suspend service or fees will continue to be assessed. 
 
All payments and fees are non-refundable.
